| Jim Sokolowsky, BSEE, MBA, Principal  . Jim
                     Sokolowsky founded Tamrol in 2004, and has thirty years experience in product development.  . His engineering skills
                     and experience in introducing new products include project management, supervising technical teams, interaction with manufacturing,
                     and hands-on individual contribution of technical assignments.  . His career experience focused on three
                     industries: Medical, Automotive, and Semiconductor Capital Equipment.  . Some
                     of Jim’s past employment include Summit Technology (medical lasers), Delmed (dialysis equipment), IEC/Thermo-Scientific
                     (medical/laboratory equipment), Axcelis (ion implanters), PRI/Brooks Automation (automated material handling),
                     Cole Hersee/Littelfuse (automotive electronics)  . Jim is well rounded
                     in many engineering disciplines including electrical, mechanical, firmware, quality and reliability.  His experience
                     in bringing products to market effectively also includes direct responsibility for gaining regulatory and safety approvals
                     (UL, CSA, CE mark, EC, FDA)  . He received his BSEE from Northeastern University and MBA from
                     Babson College with concentration in Manufacturing/Operations Management.  . Jim
                     and his wife recently moved to New Jersey from the Boston area to be closer to family. His wife Norma, a retired school teacher,
                     is a consultant specializing in children’s literacy programs.  |
